Chocolate Fudge Cake

Chocolate Fudge Cake

SliZES' biggest guilty pleasure IS the Chocolate Fudge.

Baked to homemade perfection.
This simple, moist chocolate sponge cake,
is generously coated and layered with tempting fudge.

So fluffy and light,
MANY have been known to eat half the cake
at just one sitting.

Cars

One of the few cakes which I pipe Chinese characters.

This was the smallest cake I have ever made. It is about 3 by 2 inch big. My friend requested for a small size, as she wanted it as a dessert after dinner.
The rest of the cake was packed into another box, which was enjoyed at home.

A request for cute cute designs?? Lucky for me I had these figurines that were hand crafted by a Thai.

The largest cake I have made. Hum.. 2006, I had made the smallest & largest cake. This was 4.5kg, really the maximum, any bigger will not fit into my fridge. I had to source for the base and box before I could determine the size of the cake.

This was for Kieroy who loved Bobthe builder. I did a print out and put Bob on ice-cream sticks. Initially it was to be on toothpicks, but thinking back, toothpicks can be rather flimsy, thus went with the ice-cream sticks.

This cake with a 16 was done for Thomasina. She liked the colour pink, so I did a blend of pink, purple and white for the little flowers on the cake.

Up next was a simple 3D - K for Kenny the birthday boy whom has been eating lots of brownies and cakes from me.
